Todd is a confident young man who I'm sure will have a successful career ahead of him in Real Estate. He has a friendly demeanour and demonstrates knowledge and competency in his profession. He is approachable and nothing was a bother. His communication skills were excellent and at no time did we feel "out of the loop". Parry Real Estate have picked up a gem.

Is there less than 1 star. Don't use this agent. Deceit, ignoring calls, badgering, and indifference were what greeted us. We were so frustrated with the agent we had a number of times where we almost pulled out of buying the property. This is the worst buy/selling experience I have ever had (9th time). An example was the fake sales posted on the internet page. Avoid this agent.

We dealt mainly with Nick who was friendly and always available for any query we had regarding the sale process. Sale happened very quickly which was helped with the advice provided. Would recommend Parry Property and Nick in particular to sell your property.
