We had the pleasure of dealing with Nick whilst purchasing our first home. He was great! He is lovely guy to deal with, very down to earth and his customer service is fantastic. He kept in contact with us throughout and keeping us up-to-date on the sale. He answered or got information that we were requesting and Nick wasn't pushy, arrogant or annoying (which we have found with other real estate agents/Sales people) we would certainly recommend him! Great Job Nick!!! We didn’t deal with David, so we are unable to comment about him, his skills or knowledge.

After signing sole agency agreement Parry quickly hand-balled to another agent. They obtained just one offer in 4 months on market despite dropping price and spending extra $$ on more dead-tree advertising. Offer came on the same day that notice to terminate the sole agency agreement was advised. Offer was below expectations and not able to be negotiated-up. After the sale a significant ad was published in the paper about the successful sale, it would have been better spent finding other offers. Agents had no direct knowledge of targeted Facebook advertising. This Rate-My-Agent request came on the same day as the contract was signed, a little presumptive given it took 57 days to eventually settle.

David was recommended to me by a good friend who had used Parry 's to sell his home. Meeting David I was able to gain confidence in the short term, his ability in ideas on marketing strategy and price setting was spot on and with the assistance of Nick our home sold within one week of listing at the first open home. At all times communication from David, Nick and David's PA Sharnae was first class. Would definetly recommend this agency if your looking for results.

We dealt with Nick and all of the above relating to skills and knowledge apply to him. We found him to be most courteous, helpful. Knowledgeable together with a sense of humour and dedication to service. Settlement is not until 5 December and I believe that the service will remain the same.
