I bought a nice property and I don't regret any step along the way. David was nice agent who always explained next steps and also provided me with contacts. He also had a lot of great tips as well. The only little negative impression was from the moment of the offer till settlement. I felt like being in a race and there was no time for any second opinion or anything during the first steps. When I finally picked up the keys I was irritated that I did not received them by David even though he was the person around that process and my new home got handed over by a total stranger who did not understand what obstacles needed to get overcome. But all in all it was a good experience with david
