Experience

We were really happy with David as the sellers real estate agent. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, attentive to calls and messages and did put no pressure on us nor did he make us feel bad when we said we could not raise our offer any further at the final stages of negotiation. He relieved stress by keeping us informed of the sellers decisions and kept us up to date. Overall was a good experience and what you want to be dealing with when buying a first home, as this process alone is stressful so it was good to have a good agent to help us out and keep us informed on what was going on.

David Riley - 75 Montanus Drive

David Riley went well over and above his duties in helping us obtaining the key to our residence as settlement was postponed due to sellers not being ready for settlement. He contacted NAB to obtain a Certificate of Currency as the sellers would not let us take possessions before they knew we had insurance over the building. He also dropped the key to our rental property saving us a trip to the real estate to pick it up. He was always available and prompt to answer any questions we had.

Difficult sale - no Problems for David

Thank you David and the entire LJH Kenmore team for selling my investment property. As an investment property that was tenanted for another 6 months, finding a buyer was always going to be complicated task. David did an outstanding job attracting perspective buyers and keeping us appraised of the market and the situation. A few issues arose that delayed the contract going unconditional, during this time David's professionalism, communication skills and proactive manner were instrumental in resolving all parties concerns, and ensuring the property settled on time. Sold my unique house in a slow market in less than 1 month

We came to David Riley after having no success with other agents. I was originally going to offer David an open listing along with 3 other agents however I am glad David convinced me to solely list with him as an agent of LJ Hooker Kenmore. David is an easy going, friendly, upfront and honest real estate agent. What struck me most is how instantly relaxed I felt with David. He was more of a friend than a real estate agent for us. David kept his word and opened our house every weekend and kept us up to date with every visit to the house. David also suggested a innovative marketing plan including a video to showcase our unique home. I believe this made the difference in David securing the sale. We have to thank David for his skill in securing the sale and would highly recommend him to any western suburbs seller due to his excellent local knowledge of the area.

Wow! David SOLD our house within A WEEK before we could even list it!

After a disappointing experience 2 years ago trying to sell our house through another agent, we could not have made a better choice than David Riley to sell our house now. Why? 1.
