A little more product knowledge re the levee on the storage unit would have been Good as we didn't find out about it until later. In hindsight sight a negotiated price of 390000 would have been better but the issues were unforeseen I.e hot water/plumbing PRD came across as a very professional agency both with the purchase and the holiday unit bookling
