In each of these meetings, I needed to make decisions, and each meeting was a manageable chunk of information enabling me to move forward with David and Carla's guidance. Discussion during each meeting was thorough and succinct. I enjoyed David's insight into the statistics that go with advertising.The external companies involved to help show my property at its best were both responsive and professional ( e.g. garden and furniture styling, photography and advertising spiel). It was clear from their comments that they held Carla in high regard - David is probably too new to have a meaningful relationship with outsourced trades. I valued David's support and encouragement during the sales period, it is a demanding and challenging time. In short, everything from the Jellis Craig side was executed expertly, with excellent interaction along the way. I had my role to play as part of a team, and was rewarded with confidence that the sale was in expert hands, as reflected by a dynamic auction with several bidders and a pleasing outcome on auction day in 10 dynamic minutes.
