From the very first day we looked at the property David was more than willing to tell us about the house, the land, the area, the locals and everything it had to offer. Due to Covid 19, coming into the housing market proved difficult with restrictions to inspections however David was more than willing to accommodate inspections with us at suitable times abiding by social distancing measures. Our purchase proved to be a character building experience due to things not always going to plan and difficulties communicating with financiers due to Covid 19, this in turn prolonged the period of being able to exchange contracts. Throughout this whole period David was supportive and understanding ensuring that both parties were aware of everything and managing to keep things moving. We eventually made it to the end and have now moved into our property and David has still been accommodating even after moving, offering to introduce to locals and giving us important knowledge of the area, he has always stated his door is always open and is only a phone call away if we ever need information.
