David helped the reviewer buy this property

David Small, First National, Coffs Harbour

David has answered all calls, or returned calls with in timely manner. Has explained the property and neighbourhood/district well, pointed out the positives, but also made aware of slight defects/imperfections. Explained the “Openn negotiation” auction platform well, and forwarded on an “instructional YouTube link” to get a clear understanding of the auction process. Has made phone contact Pre and Post auction if there were any further questions. David has shown dedication throughout the whole marketing of this property and also made the purchaser feel well advised and given a realistic appraisal of the current real estate market. Good outcome for all involved. Thank you David
