Very disappointed in the way the sale was handed and the ultimate result. It was the usual think of advising an inflated price which was never possible to achieve. It was especially disappointing as we asked David at the very outset for the truth. We would never buy or sell with him again due to the result of our sale or advise anybody else to use him. He came across very credible when we started out. His one redeeming factor was that his communication skills were very good.
