After living apart for over 25 years, my Mum & I decided to Sell our Units so we could afford a Property Together. So I can take care of her on a daily basis. Unfortunately, the Idea become a HUGE task, over Years due to setbacks & life difficulties. Mum’s Falls, Broken bones, Hospital stays, Medication adjustments, Car accidents and more. 3 to 4 Years of setbacks where any other Estate Agent might have walked (or Run!) away from us. But throughout our entire process David has been along with us, calmly & patiently helping us with genuine honesty & integrity. He’s done a number of important things & gestures along the way which I can’t fully describe in this small space, but of-course also he’s been a Fantastic Agent. He helped us sell our Units in Quick time, and Mum & I also Bought a Home together. That’s a Lot of moving parts & David has been magnificent throughout & someone I’d happily consider a Friend rather than just our Agent helping us Sell. Although that, he did to Perfection with Excellent knowledge & experience, lifting us out of a potentially disastrous time/settlement situation like a champion. To HIGHLY Recommend David is more than just words for me, although it comes with great pleasure to do so. If you want True Experience and genuine client care, David Stewart is your man.!

My son & I have lived apart for the last 25-30 years now, and each owned our Units in entirety. Because of my age we had the idea a few years ago that if we Sold our Units each we could buy a large Home Together where he has offered to look after me. Unfortunately my health has declined due to age & illness. Widowed, I’ve lived alone for years but the idea became a Gigantic task due to 3 or 4 Years of Life's setbacks.
