The lead up to the two open houses was seamless, having to allow for the tenants to postpone the second viewing due to Covid 19. On the second viewing an offer that was acceptable was made and contracts were exchanged on 23rd December 2022. David was available to speak with and/or he would return my phone calls, emails were easy to access further information required, he was able to provide me with local trades people for the house as I am not from the area, and all workmen were very quick in replying. Funny thing to ask people to take time to write a review when having just bought a property they are busy moving into and setting up a new home.

The sale seemed rather rushed. Communication could have been better, but pleased with outcome.

We had the opportunity to buy an apartment off a plan which was marketed through D J Stringer realestate. We were nervous about doing this but Leisa made the experience very easy by following up so we could change certain aspects of the build to make it unique for us. David presented our offer to the seller in a far and respectful manner to both myself and the Seller, made regular contact with us to ensure the process was progressing smoothly. During the contract period we were living 500Kms away and unable to carry out pre settlement inspection of the property which David carried out for us and was always available to help, such as suggestions on Electricity Supplier, notification of final settlement, location of various warranties, use of keys, codes, garaging and helping advice on use of appliances (property was purchased walk in walk out) even offering to pickup new specialised saucepans to suit the Induction cook tops (no other Agent has ever offered this type of service to us).
