David was available to speak with and/or he would return my phone calls, emails were easy to access further information required, he was able to provide me with local trades people for the house as I am not from the area, and all workmen were very quick in replying. Knowledge of the area was good. Everyone I spoke to in the office were all very friendly too. The process of buying is over whelming, and he made it appear very easy and settled all my stressors.
