I choose David because he had such an excellent reputation and after writing to five major sellers in my area he was the only one to take the time to put together a very specific response to my enquiry. His response was accurate and gave me considerable more understanding for his extensive experience in my market. David from the start was open very honest and understood my situation immediately in circumstances in fact he thanked me for my honesty with regards to the situation. Very quickly which is unusual for me I had a sense of an open and honest selling relationship and iN five weeks I was sold. I think what impressed me the most was his constant honest, guidance and good humour, he could sense when it was all getting to much for me and supported me to see the nest hurdle. Could David have done anything different better far from that I am honestly saying it was the best selling experience I have ever had. Professional respectful and a feeling of all in here we go we are going to sell, and of course excellent communication. I can honestly say there is absolutely nothing or his team better!
