This is our second real estate experience with David. The first was buying an apartment and five years later, selling the apartment. We bought our unit off the plan through DJ Stringer Property Services and David was there to help navigate through the process of the development being constructed until the final stage of settlement. David’s assistance throughout that period was invaluable. We chose David to sell our apartment five years later based on our initial experience and we were not disappointed. David discusses your expectations and concerns and he is open and honest in explaining what to expect from the market. He does not give false expectations to get your listing rather he bases his valuations on his extensive knowledge of the local real estate market at that time. The selling process was handled by David and his team and we did not do anything other than have our apartment ready for sale. His fees were very reasonable and covered other areas such as advertising and signage. David excels in communication, he is easily accessible through phone contact and our emails were always answered within minutes. David is supported by an excellent team and they follow David’s example in quick communication and always assisted us when we had questions. I would recommend David to anyone if they require an open and honest realtor who is very hands on and has your best interests at heart. We sold our apartment in the first week on the market and were extremely pleased with the outcome.
Buying off the plan during covid and then the floods made for a protracted and challenging build. However, David and his team maintained outstanding communications with me throughout, keeping me well informed on the progress of the build. David even assisted with temporary accommodation while I waited, going above and beyond his role to be helpful. Always very professional, quick to return calls with immediate follow up to ensure everything was fine after moving in.
