Having David sell our unit at Christmas we had no hesitation to use David and his team to sell the second one. Mr Mitchell sold his business to you and so I had you as my Agent. 2. What was the best thing I did to help you sell your home. Find quick and good reliable buyers (I liked the sign you put up to sell the house.) 3. What could I have done differently to better serve your needs. Not to take such a high % on the sale of the house, because your company received payment every month already taken off from the payment from the rent money. 4. Would you recommend my real estate services to friends, family, neighbours or coworkers. What would you tell them. I would say: He gives good and quick service, is accurate , reliable, friendly and has everything under control. David, the above was my observation, my husband is not here at the moment, anyway he did not have much to do with you or the house in 12 Bradshaw Drive, so you get only my review. Are the Buyers happy with the house? I hope they enjoy their stay in it. I wished Australia did not have so difficult immigration rules and it would have been easy for me to retire there. I now have my NZ Citizenship , so it will not be for me very hard to go in a home for elderly people there. Buying your dream can be risky business; I dealt with the sales team firstly to purchase my property, followed by the admin and Terri in rentals at DJS to lease my new unit.
