1. What made you choose me as your Real Estate Agent . When I bought the house Mr David Mitchell was recommended to me from friends who had the house next to the one I had bought. Mr Mitchell sold his business to you and so I had you as my Agent. 2. What was the best thing I did to help you sell your home. Find quick and good reliable buyers (I liked the sign you put up to sell the house.) 3. What could I have done differently to better serve your needs. Not to take such a high % on the sale of the house, because your company received payment every month already taken off from the payment from the rent money. 4. Would you recommend my real estate services to friends, family, neighbours or coworkers. What would you tell them. I would say: He gives good and quick service, is accurate , reliable, friendly and has everything under control. David, the above was my observation, my husband is not here at the moment, anyway he did not have much to do with you or the house in 12 Bradshaw Drive, so you get only my review. My wife and I dealt directly with David Stringer and his assistance was greatly appreciated. Our Principal Residence is in Brisbane and we contracted to buy a Unit at Palm Beach just prior to the COVID - 19 Restrictions coming into place. Because we were not able to commute to the Gold Coast during these unprecedented times, it became necessary for David and his team to provide additional access and support to facilitate the various inspections that needed to take place as part of the contract. The whole process was complicated by the COVID Restrictions - Solicitors were working from home etc and it is difficult to imagine that we would have been able to fulfill this contract without their help.
