David was extremely easy to work with. Very clear, open communication which was extremely helpful with the purchase of our first home. Each step was extremely easy which I am very grateful for

Dealing with David was like working with an old friend—nothing ever felt pressured, and I genuinely felt guided through the entire process. What could have been a stressful experience was made easy and surprisingly relaxed. The buyer portal was a standout, especially watching the mini auction unfold with offers coming in—it was impressive. We ended up getting an amazing offer—far more than expected—and I genuinely feel that without Dave, that wouldn’t have happened. I’d happily recommend David and the team at 1%.

We couldn’t be happier with the job David did selling our home. From the very beginning, he demonstrated exceptional professionalism, strong market knowledge, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for us. David’s communication throughout the process was outstanding—he kept us informed every step of the way and was always available to answer questions or provide guidance. His marketing strategy and attention to detail really set our property apart, generating strong interest and ultimately delivering a fantastic result. David went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and made what can often be a stressful experience feel seamless and well-managed. We would highly recommend David to anyone looking to sell their property. His expertise, integrity, and results speak for themselves.

very happy with the communication and the results.

We had a really positive experience purchasing a property through Renee. From our first interaction, Renee was professional, approachable and easy to deal with, and she made the buying process feel straightforward and stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout. Renee kept us well informed, responded quickly to any questions we had, and was always helpful in getting us the information we needed. What stood out most was Renee’s friendly and genuine approach. Even though she was representing the seller, we always felt that she communicated openly with us and made the process as smooth as possible from offer through to settlement. We really enjoyed dealing with Renee and would happily recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property.

Very helpful when we had questions or needing points clarified
