Worked with David from One Percent hoping for a quick contract, with an appropriately exciting offer to come. Day One - photos organised through a professional photographer. Day Three - property up on Realestate.com.au etc. Then 2 days after that 2 x Open Houses booked x 45 minutes each, same day.
