During the sale of my house, Dave and Jacinta were always responsive. They kept me updated and reassured through each step of the process. Dave's market knowledge ensured the sale price started at the right point, which created fantastic interest and final sale price.

Both David and Jacinta are a very friendly couple demonstrating excellent communication skills, and showing a high degree of professionalism and patience when dealing with both my wife and I. Buying a house for the first time is quite a taunting experience, as we have found out, what with having all the different parties taking part in the sale from solicitors, banks, and money lending staff, both David and Jacinta were with us every step of the way from the time our offer was accepted by the seller through to the day of settlement. Jacinta arrived early on the day we had organised a building/pest inspection of the property. Opening the house, making it ready for the inspector to get straight to work once they had arrived onsite, so that was a great bonus saving time on the day. Both David and Jacinta were also able to arrange for me to view and walk through the property the day before the main open house, so they are definitely a couple who go out out of their way to make things happen, and will try and accommodate you the best they can.

David is efficient, effective and does his best to sell your property recognising that it's your asset rather than just being another property he has to sell. His upbeat attitude is another plus, and he makes it fun to sell, or in my case less stressful - so if you're worry prone and need that little bit more reassurance he is great for that as well.
