As a buyer David was very responsive and clear with all communication through the whole purchase process. He is very transparent and someone you could trust not only as a buyer but also a seller too.
We bought our house through David. On the first weekend after we moved in, we were visited by our neighbour who told us that there was an existing dispute over our property line encroaching on theirs, and they wanted us to pay to move the boundary fence. The neighbour had advised David directly of this by sharing the surveyor's report but he didn't pass on the information on to us. Also, the neighbour was about to start on a very noisy 10 month renovation project, which impacts us as we work from home. Drilling started at 7am this morning, it is a nightmare, the seller of the house was aware and presumably also David via the neighbour, but again he didn't tell us. The pool had a pool safety certificate, but we found out on the first day the pool gate doesn't lock - massive safety hazard - good thing our kids aren't toddlers or I'd have hit the roof. Feel thoroughly lied to. No stars for David.
David went above and beyond to ensure we got our dream property. David was very professional from our first viewing of the property right through to settlement day.
