I have to admit it, my opinion of Real Estate sales people has not been high. So when I met David Sullivan who was trying to sell me a villa, I decided to sit back and observe. It turns out he may be one of the few genuine, hard working, all round nice people working in real estate. He was forthright, admitting to me as a buyer, that he was working for the seller. He was more than generous putting himself out on many occasions to make the buying process run smoothly for me. What can we say about Dave? He talks. A lot! Which is probably what you want from a property agent. The one big takeaway we took is that he talked the talk and got the results. He's big on communication and won't leave you hanging for information. He relentlessly chases prospective buyers and doesn't let opportunities go to waste. He sold our place in less than a week and got above the number we were after. What more can you ask of that?
