David makes things easy

David was fantastic from the first call. I actually chatted to him 6 months before we even put the house on the market to get an idea of the market. David was honest but not in the slightest bit pushy. Once we decided to go ahead with the sale he was very helpful in letting us know what we needed to do to get the sale. He discussed his marketing strategy with us and once we had a contract in place he was helpful with contacts for getting the smoke alarms compliant,etc. Our contract we subject to the sale of the buyers house, David kepts us in the loop all the way through, once the contract was unconditional he made regular checkins to see how we were going clearing the place out and offering his assistance along the way We would highly recommend David , there was nothing more you could ask for when selling.
