We were very happy with the advertising and photos taken of our property. Davids knowledge of the current market was good. Davids communication was good with us during sale negotiations. Once they were finished, we would have appreciated a few more phone calls, rather than text messages, from that point. We are very grateful that David has enabled us to sell at a price we are happy with.
