David was very easy to deal with, professional, upfront and honest - probably the most honest real estate agent I came across. He is very pleasant and friendly, and his strength is his clear communication. I felt that he genuinely wanted the best outcome for all parties involved in the transaction (acknowledging that he works for the seller). David was always available and happy to answer questions, kept me up to date, and nothing was too much trouble.
