No dramas and very honest

David was really wonderful. This was a difficult sale for my sister and I and we were quite apprehensive about engaging an agent as we have had negative experiences with sales agents in the past. David's communication was excellent, he was only ever a text away for our questions and he was honest and up-front from the outset about the value of the property and the sales processes. We wanted to find the right buyer for our house without all the tricks and mind-games and David kept everything smooth and fuss-free and found someone to love the property, just as we asked. It never felt like he was all about the money, rather he listened to what we needed and delivered it.
