David's achievement was exceptional because I was an 'absentee buyer' looking to purchase in two special Gold Coast suburbs - but living and working full-time in Rockhampton on the Central Coast and doing most of my research at a distance on the internet starting in November 2016. I had no luck at all for a few weeks until I noticed the very strong advertising presence of Hillsea'a Arundel Office on realestate.com and phoned David to ask for help.
