Although our family lives in Melbourne David’s excellent communication skills and superb professionalism insured our property (in need of much updating) was sold incredibly quickly and for a price that we were extremely happy with. Also, extremely impressive was David’s invaluable assistance between the signing of contracts and the recently held Settlement. His local knowledge of the Labrador Real Estate market insured his valuation was totally and quickly achievable.
