His professional, realistic approach to advice given re market trends and marketing my property was greatly appreciated and married fairly accurately with my thoughts. The property had only ever been a rental, and was looking tired. We both agreed that there was no financial benefit to me in refurbishing the property, so it was sold 'As Is'.
