Neither of us ever respond to requests to rate the performance of anybody, or any organisation, so this is an exception. I had dealt with David as a buyer about a year ago. In that time I could see that he was working for the vendors. He tried to get us a deal. To keep both the vendor and buyer happy is a juggling act which he executed well. As a vendor I found he tried to placate us about the reserve price and not keep it too high, but enticing enough to the buyers. This would achieve the best outcome, was his opinion and he told us so.
