Inspections - excellent levels of inspection traffic consisting of serious buyers for this type of property. Good marketing to their database and excellent knowledge of currently interested buyers. Excellent detailed reporting of buyers and their interest levels. Sale Process - good advice to us, more than met our expectations in terms of negotiating with buyers. Overall - Very satisfied. I have no hesitation in writing a positive review of David Walker's service in the selling of my house. He was professional at all times, whilst being consistently supportive and available. He was diligent and never failed to give phone reports, followed by written emails after each viewing and always followed up with all prospective buyers. His advice, which I followed was sound and his negotiation skills at the end of the campaign in securing the sale were exemplary. He heads up a proactive, enthusiastic and committed team. David was so on the ball in identifying a buyer ready to purchase and suggesting we present our home to them prior to the marketing campaign beginning. Before contacting David or Ray White - Wahroonga, we were unsure what to expect. Like many, we had serious reservations and had heard tales of some people having terrible times with property agents. So it was with great reservation that we first met with David and Anna. From the outset our concerns were put at ease. David clearly explained the current market trends and detailed our options. Together, we determined a strategy and indeed focused upon an "ideal" selling price for our house. Our experience with David, Anna and indeed the whole Ray White team at Wahroonga has essentially been PERFECT! All of our concerns were addressed openly and frankly, David and his team went about their business to sell our house professionally and without any fuss or bother. The whole process really just rolled out naturally.. After they arranged some viewings and created real interest from within their own list of investors, the offers came foward, Pleasingly for us, David managed some offers that were below our expectations an encouraged a few that were close to our target price. In the end after a little back and forward (all very easy on our part), the sale offer was made and accepted. Settlement took place last Thursday. We can honestly say that from our very first meeting through to the time of setttlement last Thursday, the whole process went absolutely smoothly.
