David took the time to understand our requirements and when he found a property he knew we would like he ensured that we could go through it as quickly as possible. After we indicated our desire to purchase the property, David told us the exact terms that we needed to meet for the vendor to agree to a deal. Inspections - excellent levels of inspection traffic consisting of serious buyers for this type of property. Good marketing to their database and excellent knowledge of currently interested buyers. Excellent detailed reporting of buyers and their interest levels. Sale Process - good advice to us, more than met our expectations in terms of negotiating with buyers. Overall - Very satisfied. I have no hesitation in writing a positive review of David Walker's service in the selling of my house. He was professional at all times, whilst being consistently supportive and available. He was diligent and never failed to give phone reports, followed by written emails after each viewing and always followed up with all prospective buyers. His advice, which I followed was sound and his negotiation skills at the end of the campaign in securing the sale were exemplary. He heads up a proactive, enthusiastic and committed team. Before contacting David or Ray White - Wahroonga, we were unsure what to expect. Like many, we had serious reservations and had heard tales of some people having terrible times with property agents. So it was with great reservation that we first met with David and Anna. From the outset our concerns were put at ease. David clearly explained the current market trends and detailed our options. Together, we determined a strategy and indeed focused upon an "ideal" selling price for our house. David Walker and Chris Guest came as a team from Ray White to talk to us about selling our house after we had bought a house through another agent at their agency.
