David is obviously a very committed, enthusiastic agent with the market at his finger tips. Our house was sold within the time frame he forecast. My only comment would be that to us, he was a little too enthusiastic, leading us to expect we might realise a higher price than we had initially expected - indeed this was the case as we had to lower our reserve, and with so few potential buyers when it came to the crunch the house did not go to auction.
