Value for money is a funny term in a competitive environment where you are led to believe that everybody buys on price. We met 3 agencies to decided on who should sell our home and who could get the best result. David and his team were focused on listening to our needs and providing a solution based on value and not price. Choosing a real estate agent to sell your home is difficult!. All agents in the area say they can sell your house for a higher price to get the business. The reason we chose David to sell our home was that he gave us an estimate which was backed up with real sales in the area, armed with this information he gave us a price range we could expect. True to his word we quickly had offers at the low end of the estimate and that's where David's understanding of buyers and negotiating ability achieved an accepted price well above the estimate maximum. We are very happy with the result.

David is obviously a very committed, enthusiastic agent with the market at his finger tips. Our house was sold within the time frame he forecast. My only comment would be that to us, he was a little too enthusiastic, leading us to expect we might realise a higher price than we had initially expected - indeed this was the case as we had to lower our reserve, and with so few potential buyers when it came to the crunch the house did not go to auction. In spite of this, it was David's skill in negotiating that gave us an outcome with which we are happy. Thank you team.
