David was friendly, always accessible and certainly helped make our home buying experience really easy. We know that as the agent, David’s first priority is the vendor but David really did help us feel that he was helping us and had concern for our interests as buyers too. He wasn’t pushy, but definitely stayed in touch to keep us involved in the property as we were negotiating. I think that David has an edge over other ‘typical’ real estate agents in that he knows he is dealing with PEOPLE and treats you with respect, and not just chasing another sale. I would have no hesitation recommending David to anyone looking to buy or sell.
