I was happy with Dawn. She met or exceeded my expectations, acted with honesty and integrity. Always responded to my texts in timely manner. I'm thankful and wish her well in her future endeavours.

Being our first time purchasing a home we were obviously quite nervous and didn't know a lot about the process however Dawn always explained things very clearly and answered all of our questions very promptly which definitely helped to put our minds at ease. Dawn was not only extremely professional and thorough, but also a lovely lady which made her an absolute pleasure to deal with.

Cannot fault the process that I experienced...from the initial phone call to sell... to the stage of settlement. Dawn was an absolute gem to work with. Very easy to communicate with and she was very understandable and thoughtful towards our needs. Dawn made the whole process so much easier. If we ever sold again we wouldnt hesitate to use her again.
