I have bought and sold a number of properties in my life and have used a variety of Real Estate Agents. Now S'avance Real Estate shines well above the rest. Both Dawn & Michael have gone out of their way to assist with pre-sale advice and have shown outstanding ability in this area. Their advice has enable us to sell our property well above what we had expected, due to their professionalism and experience - genuine and sincere - all throughout the entire process. We will never bother to look elsewhere in future, as most Agents are only second to used car salespeople, as far as we are concerned. BUT this Real Estate Agent is different. They manage to not only look after the seller but somehow also help the purchaser with the "best fit". The commission rate does not even enter the picture when you look at the final dollar value of the sale - a no brainer ! Dawn knows her role and market very well. She is dynamic, fast, positive and very professional. Her and her son Michael make a great team. They helped us with minor furniture removal and were very obliging all round. Our property sold quickly in our strata of 10 units against another unit for sale at the same time.
