He found a handyman and painter to get the apartment up to standard, and when I went to see the place for the first time in five years it looked like a model apartment. Arnold and Neal set up a WhatsApp to keep us updated on showings and interest in the unit. Best of all, he got an incredible offer for our place so we're thrilled.
