Brad and his teams market knowledge of our area was fantastic. He was always available to answer all our questions throughout the whole process. Brad and Cruz kept us up to date at every stage of the journey. We would recommend them to anyone who is looking at selling or buying.

We would like to thank Brad for his excellent efforts when selling our house in Upper Coomera. He is very professional and knowlegable and kept us well informed during the whole process. We would highly recommend him and his team for their very efficient service.

Very good .easy to talk too ...and helpful

Brad and the team were fantastic. Brad kept me regularly updated on progress and when the sale price fell well short of what I wanted (due to the declining market), Brad kept at it and after only a short time came back with much better prices. He was able to get 2 buyers to fight it out until he had a price that I was extremely satisfied with. I can't fault the entire experience, including the small touches to keep my tenants happy during the disruption of open houses etc. Highly recommended!

Would definitely recommend using Brad in either selling or buying as we have bought and sold through Brad Wilson and the Brad Wilson team. Brad has gone above and beyond to sell our home in this hard market right now. Showed dedication to us and strived to reach the highest level possible for this sale. Dedicated alot of weekend and online marketing time to put our property right to the centre of the new buyers eye. Brad's communication was utmost professional and we were extremely happy with the outcome. Great Agent and would give a 10 start rating if possible. 👍

Brad was recommended to us, and so happy we decided to list with Brad, extremely knowledgeable , having extensive knowledge, was a excellent communicator , cannot find fault, Great results thanks Brad & Team

We sold while interstate and Brad made everything so easy. His constant communication was reassuring. In addition, we achieved a great result at auction, selling to a bidder who had previously offered less pre-auction. Even though this was an IP, it was an emotional sale and Brad and his team were flawless. Don’t bother with anyone else.

I was selling my house from overseas. Brad and team helped with the tenant and coordinated all the repair work that was needed. He was quick, professional and extremely communicative. The process was easy and stress free. The sale process went smoothly and we achieved a good price. It was an absolute pleasure working with Brad and his team and I would highly recommend them.

Our experience with Brad was excellent. Great communication and was more that happy with what he achieved for us. Ray White have been awesome and Brad best agent we have ever used.
