Brad had fantastic knowledge of the market, the property and the suburb. He was very professional and was always looking at ways to help, he went above and beyond what you expect of a real estate agent. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone!

Experience was very positive. Brad was extremely professional but also enthusiastic about the sale. Gave us a lot of confidence that we would have a positive outcome which we did.

Brad was awesome to deal with throughout my whole experience, he always went above and beyond and achieved everything he promised . I highly recommend brad for anyone wishing to buy or sell .. He gets the job done !

Brad has extensive knowledge about Coomera area so if you want to sell or buy he is the person to go! The communication with Brad was excellent - he is super efficient, very fast in emails, text and phone calls and he can get things done quickly. He is very patient, always willing to spend time in helping the buyer and seller to reach the agreement. If 10 is the full mark of the review, I will give him 12!

Brad worked very hard to get the sale we so desperately needed. He is at all times pleasant, enthusiastic, confident and positive. We felt proud to have Brad representing us. He is a well spoken, impeccably dressed and professional young man. Brad was in constant contact with us, keeping us informed throughout the entire process. I couldn't recommend Brad more highly.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMMUNICATION WAS ON POINT. WILL USE BRAD AGAIN, HONESTY AND COMMITMENT TO THE FULL PACKAGE OF HIS PROPOSAL WAS GREAT

We found Brad to be reliable, honest and professional through the whole process. It was clear to us that Brad was working to get a sale, beyond what we could physically see. Consistantly allpying the diligence we would expect from a property agent in the Ray White business, we wish Brad every success in the future.

I'm truly happy with the service that Brad offered during the sale of our house. He was extremely professional yet friendly. His communication was excellent and made the process easy to navigate. I would highly recommend Brad and the Ray White team

Brad was very professional. He was very knowledgeable in my area. He listened to me and advised me.

I have had our Upper Coomera property for sale for 2 years and since that time the dominos fell off the market and ending with over 3000 properties for sale within the area, then a stoke messed my health big time 5 months ago. From that we turned to Brad at Raywhite to try a new line of advertising. Still in a very tight market and limited buyers Brad worked with one until a price that we accepted as a sale value. All the time we where kept in the loop and getting all the nitty gritty stuff done. Thanks....Dan S

Brad helped me and my family purchase this property he was a good help to us. He had great communication throughout the whole process and his knowledge about the property and area was perfect. Thanks again brad

Bought recently from Brad here in Upper Coomera and sold with another agent back in Brissie. Agents work for their sellers as we know well but we found Brad very supportive to us as buyers too. We had some extra requests and he worked tirelessly to reduce stress for us as well as his sellers. I preferred communication via message as I am in poor health so often can’t take calls and he was happy to work the way we preferred and very considerate of the challenges we faced that were bad timing whilst buying a new home. Very responsive and never kept us waiting when we had questions. We have now moved in and still to unpack but very happy in our new home. Would recommend Brad at Ray white to the area!
