Dean was very professional and had a lot knowledge about Townsville & surrounding areas, helped us in purchasing our investment property. Out of necessity we were selling our property in a very difficult market. Dean provided us with excellent well researched advice and kept us fully informed during the whole sale process. He put 110% effort into selling the house and achieved a very pleasing result. As we are not living at the property Dean made sure the house and yard were well presented at all times. We left the house fully furnished and planned to visit to sell the furniture prior to settlement. Unfortunately COVID happened and the Queensland borders were closed so we couldn't visit as planned. Dean personally organised disposal of the furniture and got the house into a fit state for the new owners, e is even storing some stuff for us. - I can't speak highly enough of the service he povided.
Seems like a nice guy, is professional. Getting the key was a bit of a shambles, and the place was left in a bit of a state. Still, things worked out in the end. More generally, the standard process for buying a house is wonderfully ridiculous.
After 14 months of no success with other agents, Dean was extremely sensitive, professional and understanding of our circumstance.
