He was so easy to work with and knew his job and the market so well when I was selling the first house that I decided to sell the second as well, and to do it through him. He is honest, reliable, organised, a good communicator, sensible and without pretension. I flew in and met with Dean. We inspected the property (which had been a very long term rental), decided what should be done and how, and I flew out again leaving it up to him. The property sold quickly, painlessly, to my satisfaction and, I believe, the satisfaction of the purchaser.

Dean is good guy. Down to earth, authentic human. He is great with handling existing tenants when selling. My tenants were not prepared on the day we needed to do photography, Dean ended up doing cleaning for the photographer, not everyone would do that for you. Hire him, he is a good guy.
