I found Dan went the extra mile to make the sale for the owner of the Property. He quickly identified who to focus his attention on to achieve the sale. To this end he continually keep the interested party up to date and made sure he continuously communicated with the interested party on the progress of the sale. He arranged extra inspections to get us comfortable with the purchase. Dean has high levels of negotiation skills and does not get put off when the going gets tough. He acted in the best interests of the owner at all times.
