The above statement doesn’t go far enough to say how our experience was with Dean. We were new to the Brisbane Market after moving from interstate. Dean took the time to listen to what we were really looking for in a home after meeting at an open house. Within a day he contacted us back and suggested three properties, with a statement that one in particular fitted the brief we gave him. Dean was on Point! And the price guide he suggested was also spot on. With a little negotiation the sale was done.. what a relief to find an agent that didn’t waste anyone’s time!
