I've never met an agent with more energy, persistence and tenacity than Dean. On top of this, his market knowledge of Stafford and surrounds is outstanding which enables him to negotiate strongly and actually sell the dream to buyers - which enables him to get the best prices in the area. Most agents are middle men running contracts around and putting sign boards up and waiting on the phone to ring. Dean is the opposite - he actually hustles extremely hard and chases the kill! Dean worked hard to get a quick and strong outcome on our sale, getting us a good 4 or 5% on top of what we were hoping for and controlled the entire process with no stress, managing my stress levels nicely as well. Dean helped us by our house and when we went to sell it we went straight back to him. He told us it would sell quickly and he was able to get us a great price without even having to advertise it. He has great contacts and never pressured us to hold out for more when we were happy with the price (more than happy) and wanted a quick sale so we could put the money towards a renovation in the house we live in (the house being discussed was an investment property).
