We first met Dean when he came to give us an appraisal on our previous home - such a lovely and down to Earth guy, so different to the stereotypical agents around. Six months later, we made the decision to sell our home and Dean had suggested selling off market to save on marketing cost and inconvenience for our tenants. He was very straight forward and gave us a realistic expectations, so we were pretty happy when we received an offer within days, which was on the higher end of his appraisal.
