4 years ago when looking to buy in the Stafford area, I went to a open house next to the house I wanted to buy. Talking to Dean I was impressed with his local knowledge and history about the Real Estate in Stafford. Now selling another property 4 year on, I research Dean Hamilton first. He not only was still in Stafford but had Market share and minimal days for homes on the market. So I Phoned Him. Told him the above and wanted him to Sell my property. 1st Day with in hours of our conversation - He had people viewing the home. Still not advertised as yet, more people turned up when the photo's were being taken and yes you are right, They put in a offer that afternoon and we are now unconditional. I first meet Dean a few years ago when my mother wanted to know what her house was worth. I asked Dean that all communications were to go through me as mum is a disabled widow. Never once did he contact mum which pleased me as i didn't want her to be pressured into listing. Over the next couple of years Dean would call me occasionally to let me know what the market was doing. When it was time for mum to go into a nursing home i contacted Dean and another agent to try and sell the house off market. The price Dean got mum smashed all others by over $100k. I would recommend Dean to anyone trying to sell as he goes over the top to get the best result.

Dean was great to communicate with and easy to talk to and get information from. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and was quick to respond to emails, texts and calls.
