Dean provided really frequent feedback to us on the progress of our campaign. He is a really genuine and honest person and we felt really well looked-after. Not only did he give us great advice, guidance and reassurance about our sale, but he went out of his way to help and guide us with our next purchase, despite it being from a rival agent. Dean was open and friendly upon meeting, which can be something to be wary of in an estate agent. However, what impressed me was Dean’s willingness and ability to answer queries. Even the more tricky ones. He did his research, knew his information, or got access to it immediately and returned calls promptly. This was refreshing. It means Dean has the ability to be really reliable. (Other agents I have come across have never got back to me after promising to. Or were just downright unpleasant to deal with.) On top of this, Dean’s open and friendly manner turned out to be a pretty natural aspect of his personality, even when I could see he was tired (which happens in any work day). I gave four stars for negotiation skills, only because Dean didn’t do the actual negotiation with me. That ended up being with Jason Swift. But Dean’s ‘grunt work’ for Jason was easy to work with.

Dean was always pleasant to deal with, provided frequent updates on the process and responded very promptly to emails, I was very pleased with result.
