Dean presents as laid back but is actually very sharp and perceptive. I have experienced him both as a seller of my apartment then as a buyer so have come to know him well. He is not pushy but simply provides options, points out the positive and the negative, and leaves the decision to the client. I liked him as a person and found him very willing to provide time and opportunity to revisit and reinspect. He is also very efficient and knowledgeable about a range of issues relating to property and the area itself. Dean is a young guy with a big future in real estate.

He maintained excellent records of interaction with clients and kept me well informed of the interest and commitment of buyers. Three inspections a week gave good exposure to the market. Also impressed with the strategy employed on auction day when only one bidder appeared but still managed to get a decent price through negotiations, probably largely through the skills of the director, Claudio. From first meeting to final sale, Dean was a class act. He responded to my desire to test an off market sale with much grace. He did not try to push me into doing what would have been easier for him and he managed to use his skills to find quite a lot of potential buyers without any advertising at all. Unfortunately none were making acceptable offers. Eventually I came to the conclusion that a wider group of people who were looking to buy in the area needed to be found. Dean went into overdrive and soon had open days advertised and a steady stream of keen purchsers attending each one. Dean knew the market well but he also knew how to deal with a seller reluctant to go to auction. Dean's professionalism, communication and knowledge of the market were all unquestionably outstanding but it was his genuine people skills which stood out. Dean seems to really enjoy the job and is very good at allaying anxiety. The outcome was much better than I had expected. There was no need for an auction as an offer above the asking range was made and I happily accepted it.
