I would never list with Dean Mclure. I was the buyer, it's a hot market and he undersold the property by approximately 50k. He also made verbal affirmations about chattels being left by the owner which they never agreed to. He went silent once I'd discovered this and then didn't deliver on his promise of the bottle of champagne that he made such a big deal about numerous times through the transaction. In summary, he didn't act in the best interest of the seller, and it seems he's ethically challenged.

I have never had a buyer who bought a property $50k below market value this upset with me, if anything you would think you would be over the moon. Unfortunately your testimonial holds no weight as I sold the property to you above asking price and $50k above my sellers expectations. If you are looking for a bargain I’m not the agent to deal with as I work for the seller not the buyer. All the best with the new place I hope it’s a good fit for your lifestyle.
