Dean was extremely pro active in the early stage with his no pressure approach to list my property, and this impressed me greatly. I took an immediate liking to this young man and he impressed me with his relaxed attitude when discussing the listing. He worked extremely hard on the sale and he attained the price I asked for. The many opens he held, sometimes no doubt inconvenient to him, were never a problem, and he gave me feedback immediately at the conclusion of them. Dean was always in constant contact sometimes up to a 3 or 4 times a week, to update me which was much appreciated . This young man in my opinion has a great future in Real Estate, as I believe he really cares about his vendors. He is easy to talk to and has good knowledge of the processes involved. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dean to anyone wishing to sell of buy property.
