My Wife and I had the misfortune of owning an investment property that had some substantial repair work undertaken on it during our ownership. Though the work had been completed and the house was now 100%, because it was a strata property, the issues with the repair work were listed in the strata notes. This had the potential to put buyers off and make for a very difficult sale. Dean reviewed all the strata/sales documentation and put together a sales strategy which in the end was very successful for us. He fully disclosed the issues to the potential buyers, but angled the property on its strengths. We sold the property quickly and at a price above what we thought we could achieve.
