He helped us find trades such as gardener, painters, stagers, handyman and cleaners who all were reliable, did a great job at reasonable prices. He worked tirelessly to reach as many buyers as possible and got higher than average attendance at showings and at the auction. He followed up on every lead to gauge their interest and gave us realistic opinions on the price outcome in the current market. The auction had high attendance and although due to the current market the property was passed in he achieved an unconditional sale two days later at a higher price having correctly identified the eventual buyer. He is enthusiastic and always a [pleasure to deal with.
