Dean, It was a pleasure to work with you in listing this property for sale. Our experience has been fantastic with you and your team. Especially during open inspections and various other communications. Thank you and we look forward to work with you again in the near future. Sebastian, we would like to sincerely thank you for auctioning the property. We were impressed with the way you handled the auction. Your professionalism and friendly approach were highly appreciated by everyone involved. Simply the best auctioneer I have met.
Dean was the lead agent for our house auction/sale in June 2021. He is very professional, knowledgeable and experienced, loves a conversation, is non-intrusive and a good listener. Always prepared to make time available. He kept us well-informed. We saw many longer two-way conversations with prospective purchasers. He meticulously maintained contact with interested buyers. The professionalism and relationships built helped create a lot of interest and credibility. This contributed to a superb auction day result for us!
Dean has an excellent knowledge of the Inner West market, is genuine, realistic and easy to deal with. Dean took us through the sale process step by step, responded to our questions and concerns quickly, professionally and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. The marketing was specifically tailored to our property and we were provided with regular updates. Overall it was a very smooth process and Dean was able to secure us a price over what we expected.
