As I was not a local from Ballarat, I didn't know the area well so I needed someone who could give me guidance on where the best areas were and where I could buy an investment with the money I had. Dean was that person. He was amazing and so easy to get along with. He always was there for any questions I had and very patient. To be honest the house I ended up buying through Dean I wasn't keen on at all. But Dean could see the potential in this place and told me what needed updating/renovating.
